  • Business Expansion: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, contributing to revenue targets.
  • Technical Acumen: Clearly articulate the technical aspects of our forensic technology solutions, addressing client inquiries with precision.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve challenges, demonstrating a solutions-oriented approach to client issues.
  • Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging client needs to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a demanding client-facing role, preferably in forensic technology or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of forensic technology, data analytics, and cyber-security.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
